My sympathies have been with my co-stars from the outset where that's concerned.
Fortunately, most of the opponents get flipped downward TOWARDS Zangief when he grabs them for a piledriver, facing their heads away from his crotch. However, SOMETIMES...

The morning of the big tournament, I stood in full costume (which, in Zangief's case, isn't saying much) and demonstrated the move on our DP, Vince Peone. I clapped my hands on his shoulders, pitched him forward, then hoisted him upside-down off the canvas (we were in the ring) in a show of just how professional wrestlers execute a piledriver. There was so much picture taking that day that I'm hopeful that somebody got a shot of that. I know that Vince wasn't expecting it, LOL!

Yeah, for once Bison's actually on our side and he isn't even just gathering us all together to kill us, for a change!
Hmm... Wonder how Zangief will deal with the fact that his old drinking buddy has been corrupted by a bloodthirsty corporation? Wonder if he'll even figure out that that's what's going on!
I guess Dhalsim will just have to explain it to him (assuming he owns the appropriate hand puppets).
