Since all three of my "personas" keep getting mail both separately and in relation to each other, I'm now posting some regular blogs for all of them.

Feel free to shoot the breeze with me there and talk about anything you'd like, okay?

Here are the links:

Get a load of me, whydon'tcha? Answering my own post, LOL!

I'm doin' this because I've been such a bad boy about pursuing my blogs and have left some still unanswered. I've got a solution, though, and here it is:

What happens when you put rock performer and entertainer Mike Fass, popular nude bear model Drummer Bear and famed Street Fighter Zangief under one roof together? Sounds like the making of some new reality TV show but, no, it's actually a new website.

As professional musician and entertainer Mike Fass, my website, MikeFass.com, represented me as musician, composer, lyricist, arranger, producer, actor, singer and veteran comedy writer, among other artsy things, while making the brunt of my living as one of the hardest hitting power drummers in rock. When I entered my forties, session work went away with the closing of recording studios and no touring jobs were going to even the best pro drummers over 28. Also, commercial radio changed, locking out any recording artists like myself who were signed to indy labels. Then new laws took away my ability to earn a living as a songwriter. I watched my music career fade gradually but decidedly.

So I did what any frustrated has-been of the music industry would do; I dropped my pants to moon the corporate music establishment and wave my dick at all of them. This caught the attention of others and I found myself with a new career; as a professional nude model for the bear community and lovers of bears worldwide. My new name became Drummer Bear. My website was DrummerBear.com and it gave me a whole new international fanbase. I reigned always somewhere in the Top 100 Bear Sites chart consecutively for three and a half years! This rejuvenated my acting career and I was not only able to pick up where it had left off but I was now doing award winning films and television appearances at a much higher profile than before.

Finally, just as I was in rehearsal for what would turn out to be my last concert appearance, I was cast by the wonderful, young and prematurely well accomplished director, writer, producer and actor, Sam Reich, as the washed-up Russian wrestler and Street Fighter legend Zangief in the phenomenally successful hit series, "Street Fighter: The Later Years". Zangief gave a real jolt to my career and my embodiment of him on screen brought him back into fame and popularity and, subsequently, out of his forced retirement; a situation to which I could relate personally. That series yielded the show's top fan site, StreetFighterTheLaterYears.com, at which I am a moderator.

These three entirely disparate entities, my three personae, effectively, began to merge and cross promote one another. At times they were even somewhat at mutual odds. So all three websites will continue to exist for those whom my various identities can serve seperately. For those of you who don't mind hanging out with a confused rock star, porn star and comedy star all in the same multiple personality disordered man whose otherwise remarkable career makes absolutely no sense, I invite all of you to join me at Zangief Zone.

My commercial email addresses are being systematically phased out as have been my IM accounts. It's become impossible for me to read thousands of emails let alone reply to them all. Also, I get mail at the dozens of social networking sites to which I belong. Doing six different blogs was, I thought, the answer, but I have less and less desk time even to do those (my apologies to those who posted replies to my blogs that have yet to be answered).

So, the best way for me to communicate with you directly and more quickly is through my latest website.

At Zangief Zone you can post (and pimp out) your own profile and make it as cool or low-key or even over-the-top as you like. Then you can post whatever pictures, discussion forums, blogs, videos, music, illustrations, comment wall posts, private messages and instant messages you would like to share with the world (or just your closest inner circle, as your settings can be adjusted to suit your desired level of privacy).

For the more bashful among you, I will let you know in advance that Zangief Zone is a clothing-optional environment. Feel free to wear whatever you want or nothing at all. Feel free to express yourself artistically, emotionally, politically or in any other way you choose. In a word, FEEL FREE!... Okay, that was two words but my invitation to you is to celebrate the person you are.

Although not an adult site per se, Zangief Zone is intended to be free of censorship. Just know that it's a mixed social crowd and I'll trust your judgement and discretion from there. Okay, granted, if I find a literary piece entitled, "How My New Power Saw Brought Me Happiness and Ended My Little Brother's Incessant Whining", I might, at the very least, urge the writer to express it more metaphorically but, aside from that, hey, I'll trust that you kmow what you're doing. As long as we're being good and thoughtful to each other, we're all cool.

We've also got a chat room with both public and private chat and we'll be bringing in other fun stuff for you, too.

So music fans, bear fans, Street Fighter fans, come on over and make yourselves at home! Mike Fass welcomes you! Drummer Bear welcomes you! The Red Cyclone opens his hairy arms to you!

Welcome to Zangief Zone!
