Ah, that's from NewGrounds, the same company that gave us the latest Street Fighter movie, the interactive delight known as "Street Fighter Flash Collab". It's a real breath of fresh air after "Legend of Chun Li". I especially love their tip of the hat to "Later Years" with their pot bellied Guile working at a food cart and swearing like a sailor, a la my good buddy Nick Raio, in his scene with Zangief. Very funny movie and already one of my favorite SF features.
