I don't know about this guy. At first, Corbett seems like one of many douce bosses of our World Warriors. But how did he find out about the tournament? And who was he talking to before Guile interrupted him?

Seems as though Evil Ryu's (or shall we now say E. Honda's?) cornering of the Hadouken market is part of an even larger corporate vested interest. The other party in that phone conversation just might even be a certain claw wielding informant that we know or, my guess is, Edmond himself.

lol, that would be funny. The vampire hunter with the creepy girl tracking the street fighters. What an idea for a plot twist.

i think that if the series continues..everything might intertwine with each other..
maybe we'll see some SFI..or some alpha including some final fight...
maybe some darkstalkers...
who knows maybe a blurb about SFIII..
but that's just an thought Smiley

This would be a good question for Kevin Yamada (Ryu/E. Honda) or El Director (Sam Reich) as I've not yet had the pleasure of meeting Andrew Burns, the actor who portrays Donovan Corbett. There is a tendency, though, among actors who specialize in playing villains to be the nicest people you'd ever want to meet.

I have played mainly bad guys on TV and in movies yet I'd like to think I'm the kind of guy you'd invite in for tea... when I'm not busy shooting, stabbing and beating people up.

Kev or Sam, want to take a crack at this one?

I thought it was REALLY funny when Guile tried to 'Sonic Boom' Donovan Corbett! Lol, amazing how out-of-shape he is yet he still has the ability, guess it doesn't depend on physical condition.  Tongue

I guess Guile's got enough pent up rage to compensate.
