Normally, I'd say, "Just what is supposed to be so inappropriate for children?", but then I remember how, when I was a kid in the 60s, an organization called ACT (Action for Children's Television) managed to ban ALL of my favorite new and old network superhero TV shows on the dubious charge that they were too violent (they weren't). That was in late 1967 as I recall.

Oh, well, I suppose the only kids that will be seeing this are the ones watching their Gen-X parents playing it.

By the way, El Fuerte is the only one I've ever seen put Zangief into ANY spinning finishing moves. YIKES!

Yeah, El Fuerte is unreal, but i guess they had to make a char like this or else Zangief would be too cool.

LOL! Just when I was getting used to him being too cool, too.

He's essentially an atomic powered version of Ray Mysterio, Jr. Awesome new character.

Well i can't say, i am not that big fan of wrestling, but i remember that there was a masked wrestler in Jackie Chan's cartoon named El Toro Fuerte, which is pretty similar, lol
